Lexi felt a pressure on her legs and she opened her eyes to see a pair of amber eyes looking back at her, and dog breath. "Hi Storm" she said softly and patted his head. Storm was the family dog, he was mostly black on the top, but his chest and belly was white. He then started to claw at her hand. "Ow" she said softly and then put her finger to her lips and nudged her head over to her daughter who was still fast asleep. "Amber's sleeping" Lexi noticed that Storm had looked over at the sleeping child and moved from her legs and put his head on the pillow next to Amber. When Amber was a toddler, she and Storm became instant friends. He would e

Three hours after getting on the plane in New York, they had arrived at CCIA. They had their luggage and they were pulling it towards the exit. "You excited to see Grandma?" Lexi asked Amber who was pulling her own small suitcase.
"I'm more excited about the pool" she gave her mom the cheesiest grin ever. "Why haven't you rang Grandma and told her we were coming?"
"Because I wanted it to be a surprise. You know how she likes to be surprised by seeing you" Lexi smiled and pulled the strap of her bag higher onto her shoulder before carrying out to the terminal exit.
"We're going to be staying a while this time, huh?"
Faster.
Faster.
She needed to go faster. Her heart was pounding and still she went faster. Sweat clung to her skin, but that didn't stop her at all. Her dark hair falling around her face as she moved. Then came to a stop. Lexi checked her watch and bit on her lip. She was pretty sure she was far from home this time. Running helped her clear her mind, especially when she had a load on it. She smiled as someone walked passed her and she took a deep breath, sure she had ran this far but a part of her wasn't looking forward to actually going back home. Only one thing made it bearable, and that was what she was going home for. Lexi licked her li
Lexi watched the sun come up, smiling as she did. Her brown eyes then moved over to the guy, whose chest she had her head on. She actually was quite content about everything. Jake was cute when he was asleep. Lexi sat up, carefully, she really needed to head out. She was half way up when she felt arms pull her back.
"Where you going?" Jake opened his eyes and smiled at her.
"I have to get to Flick's house"
"No, you don't. You have to stay" he grinned at her before kissing her lips softly.
Lexi laughed against his lips and put her arms around his neck. "I have to be at school early" she mumbled.
"On a Saturday?"
Was it really Saturday? L
"You going to this party tonight?" Flick asked Lexi as she shut her locker. "Come on Lex, It'll be fun. Your brother won't be there"
Lexi pushed her eyebrows together. "How do you know my brother isn't going to be there?"
"I asked him. I'm awesome like that" Flick started walking down the hallway with Lexi. "Plus he will be working at the Grill"
"Oh, aren't you a clever girl" Lexi said sarcastically then sighed. "By the way, who has a party on a school night anyway?"
"Awesome people" Flick grinned and moved around one of the groups of girls that just seemed to linger in the hallway, waiting for some popular guy to notice them.

The house was dark, the occupants were fast asleep. He glanced over at the clock and cleared his throat, he wasn't surprised that they were asleep because it was after 3am. The thought of going into that house was the best feeling in the world. His wife and son were in there. Jasper pushed open the door before getting out of his car. Jo was going to kill him because of the state he was in right now, but anything Supernatural was never that kind to him anyway. Jasper grabbed his bag from the trunk, gripping his side as he did so. Kristen was in trouble again, it was the third time this week she had been given a detention, not that she was going to go to this one. She was 14 years old and the only kid of her mother. Montisarri. Named after the father that had abandoned her. She didn't want to think about Ryan Montisarri. When she gave her last name to people, they would often say how Ryan was such a good looking boy. It got boring in the end.
Kristen collected her bag from her locker before walking towards the main doors. She was going to stop by the clinic to see her mother, now a doctor. Kristen shivered as she walked out the school, winter time in N

There it was again, that look. Jo had that look in her eye again. The look was like Jo was a million miles away, like she was thinking about a place she would rather be right about now. Somewhere that wasn't here.
"Jo.."
Jo was staring out the window until she turned to look over at Jasper. "Huh?"
"Ruby "
Jo pushed her eyebrows together "Where?"
Jasper sighed and shook his head, she really wasn't with it. "We were talking about Ruby"
"Right" Jo cleared her throat and ran her hand through her blonde hair. "Course we were talking about Ruby" they were talking about her? Jo seriously couldn't remember but if Jazz said they were, then

On the days where she wishes she

no. Tell her that there are too many
lights in the sky and that just one
